Deepak Shekhawat Sir, I just wanted to send this message to you since I just got your messages about passing the Diamond Grading exam. I want to thank you so very much for putting together a really excellent course structure and learning environment. You have been instrumental in providing me the ability to start a second career in my life from a passionate hobby I had since my childhood while I was working in my first career (Working in jewellery store). I now can pursue this new DIAMOND GRADING career with all the passion I have had for diamonds for much of my adult life. Last year I applied for a job in international company of gem exports in THAILAND but they want me to get gemological diploma first so for that I joined IGL & and it was a great experience. I have only studied at the IGL and learned Diamond Grading & Sorting. After that I have Started my Business with the name of ONKAR DIAMONDS in Beadon Pura, Karol Bagh with Jewellery manufaturing. For Jewellery Manufacturing and I hired Some People For Sorting Of Diamonds With me and the people I work with are so impressed with what I bring to the table. They all were IGI Pass Outs, in the business for at least 10 years, and I'm teaching them things they were never taught! I'm working with them to get hands on experience...I never could have imagined sharing with them what I've learned at the IGL. It was a great experience to be a part of IGL.

The IGL has helped me in many ways to become successful in the jewelry industry. I love being able to look at a stone with my loop and being able to determine so much. Others often stand bewildered at the knowledge I can gain by simply taking a close look. As we all know that now a days SRI-LANKA has become major supplier and market in colored stone trade majorly in SAPPHIRES. I had very good contacts in sri-lanka Since So many years. Each and after every 4 to 5 months I visit there at my relatives but due to lack of knowledge I was not able to purchase goods. But Now after completing Gemology From IGL I visited there, purchased my choice of selected stones with very ease. Mr. Deepak singh shekhawat taught me the fabulous way to identify various gems just with the help of 10 x loupe. It was tough in beginning but yes practice makes a man perfect. I have my own business in Karol Bagh, New Delhi With the name of PATIL JEWELLERS. My father has opened that firm and having very good reputation in market and we were dealings in gold as well as in Diamond jewellery but I want to join my family business So for taking practical knowledge I joined IGL for diamond grading courses and learned grading as well as sorting and the most practical training I have under my belt. Thanks for all the effort and work on IGL. It has helped me lot for my future development. I was a very small worker working in one of a Jewellery hallmarking center in Delhi.One of my friend suggest me to do diamond grading courses so for that he recommended me IGL(the most trustable lab in hub of jewellery market of karol bagh,Delhi).I really appreciate the kind of teaching and environment in IGL.I learned lot of practical knowledge as well as Indian diamond trade knowledge which according to me none of the institution is providing in Delhi. But I heard little things about diamonds before in my life, like it’s a very beautiful gem and very hard & expensive,that’s it.I was doing my business in the middle of the hub of karol bagh,new delhi,jewellery market and purchasing diamond jewellery for my family and friends from their so there was always a little unsatisfaction in my mind regarding what I am purchasing,have I paid right amount for the diamond jewellery items which I purchased.so to come up with all these problems I decided to join IGL which is also centrally located in the hub of jewellery market.and all You know the best thing that I have learnt from IGL great courses is that it does not matter how much you think you about gems or diamonds,you never stop learning, each day there is something more learn, it will never stop.Thank all for the help, education and support that you give me through IGL.

I had  a very good well set up business in centre of bank street, karol bagh Jewellery market ,delhi which was started by my father with the name of DARSHAN JEWELLERS. So I decided to move ahead in my family business and for that my father advice me to do the gemology courses and suggested IGL for that. It was a wonderful & experienced time which I spent in IGL with you. You taught me deeply about gemology, took me to various jewellery exhibitions and seminars.
